Custom Aluminum Drive Gate with Access Controls

We just installed this set of aluminum drive gates as well as the access controls.
The gate is constructed of structural grade aluminum. The scroll work is hand forged and the gold leaf accents are cast materials.
We used a gold metallic paint and a clear polyurethane to coat the leaves.
The access control system we installed consists of Byan 500 electric over hydraulic operators, RE-1 Telephone entry system, Safety Loops, Safety Photo Beams, and a free exit probe.
This gate was designed for Mrs, Shah who resides in Jacksonville, FL.

These balconies were selected from our True Balcony Railing Brochure. Their design number is SEO-TB-08BL. We received these picture from our customers Mr. and Mrs. Meeks after they completed the installation. This is what they wrote:

Ordering and installing aluminum deck railing is actually quite a simple task. Follow the steps bellow and you will be well on your way to have that beautiful addition to your home or office.

The first step is knowing what type of railing you will need. There are different types of railings for different reasons.

Some railings are designed for aesthetics only and these railings are typically referred to as "Faux" balcony rails. They are used to add that touch of elegance over a window or door and even are applied over reveals on building structures.
False Balcony Rails are very similar to "Faux" balcony railing in that they typically are installed in front of a window or door that is accessible. Because it is accessible False Balcony Rails must meet all code requirements.
Deck and Balcony Railings serve a safety purpose as well as adding that finishing touch of design to your structure. Deck and Balcony Railings need to meet all code requirements.
True Balconies or "Self Supporting Balconies" are used as a complete and usable system. These balcony sytems typically come complete with the deck or flooring as well as the railing and frame that will attach to your structure. The 4th step is acquiring measurements. I recommend getting a rough measurement at the beginning unless you are absolutely sure you will be purchasing the new railings. When taking the rough or detailed measurements, make sure to provide the number of openings as this can change the cost of the railings due to the number of posts that may be required. You may want to use measuring guides to assist you in this process. You can find them here: "Measuring Guides". Just look under the heading "How to Measure"

The 5th step is to find a company that can offer you this service. Make sure the company that you select is prepared to provide you with detailed to scale drawings and will work with you to ensure that you are getting the exact railing system you want. Also make sure to let the company know if you project is in a salt air environment. This is very important, Railings must be finished with the proper coatings in order to give you a long and maintenance free product.

We recently completed a deck railing project for Jamal Oghaz in Clifon, NJ. His design consists of 70’ of hand forged aluminum panels to be similar to design #R-33 on our web site. We built the railings to fit the exact specifications provided by Mr. Oghaz. The design includes aluminum ball caps on each post and aluminum flanges for mounting the railing to his deck. The railing is powder coated “Medium Bronze”.

We have just completed the aluminum step and aluminum deck railing for our customer Steve Smee. The railing designs are #26 on our “popular railings brochure“. The design is “SEO-CASA (alt collars/bowtie) #26″. We worked hand in hand with steve to make sure hie railings were built exactly as he intended. We provided numerous drawings and revisions to ensure that every detail was attended to.
